Notes on the ultimate resolutio

Abstract:

Because of its rational modality and its common object, the human intellect is profoundly marked by a resolutive dynamic to which its nature cannot escape. This dynamic humanly finds its supreme expression in metaphysical science, which provides, under the imperative of the entity, access to subsistent being itself by means of analogical knowledge, which does not prove sufficient to still the dynamic. The stilling of the resolving dynamic could be verified only if the subsistent being itself is attained in itself. But for this to happen, the subsistent being itself must take the initiative.
