Introduction:<\/h4>\n

This year, the 130th anniversary of the birth and the 50th anniversary of the death of the Austrian psychiatrist and philosopher Rudolf Allers (1883-1963). This author, who at the time became known to the Spanish-speaking public by the book of the French philosopher Louis Jugnet, Rudolf Allers or the Anti-Freud, is today almost completely unknown to the general public, including psychologists and psychiatrists. Nevertheless, its own merits and its place in the history of psychology and psychotherapy make it worthwhile to remember some of its ideas, in this double anniversary. Of him said his old disciple Viktor Frankl, we believe that precisely, that “he has anticipated the psychotherapy of the future”.<\/p>\n
